D.J. Moore Expected To Play Friday
3 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore (back) is expected to play in Friday's preseason game against the Steelers. Moore injured his back last week and was held out of the team's second preseason contest, though he will be among the starters in Friday's finale. The 24-year-old wideout will be facing mostly the backups of the Steelers' secondary, which will give him a chance to make some impact plays, something preseason DFS managers should consider. Moore is one of two players- along with Travis Kelce, to accumulate at least 1,175 receiving yards in each of the last two seasons. It's not out of the question to forecast a WR1-like jump from Moore, who should see improved quarterback play and some positive regression in the touchdown department.
