Curtis Samuel Struggles With Drops
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught two out of five targets for six yards in Thursday's win against the Chicago Bears. The 26-year-old, once again, led the Commanders in targets. Unfortunately, Samuel was unable to produce on any of them as he struggled with drops and finished with his worst yardage total of the season. The most costly drop of his was a clear 40-yard touchdown that would've been the Commanders' first score of the day. Judging by Samuel's performances, this one appears to be more of an outlier. Expect him to capitalize on his targets in Washington's Week 7 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
