Curtis Samuel Leads Washington In Receiving During Blowout Loss
12 months agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught four of five targets for 65 yards during Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins. Among the wreckage of a demoralizing loss to the Dolphins, one of the few bright spots was the play of Samuel. It looked like the seventh-year receiver was on his way to a big outing with 65 yards at halftime. Unfortunately, that was all he could muster, as he recorded no statistics in the second half. Samuel has looked like the go-to guy for quarterback Sam Howell lately, and that could continue as we enter the late season. With a Week 14 bye, Samuel will aim to pick up where he left off against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15.
