Craig Kimbrel Blows Save, Picks Up Win on Tuesday
6 years agoBoston Red Sox closer Craig Kimbrel blew his fourth save of the season on Tuesday night against the Toronto Blue Jays. Luckily, the Red Sox managed to put up five runs in the top of the tenth inning and allowed Kimbrel to pick up the win. Kimbrel has been struggling mightily as of late as he has a 6.14 ERA in his last 7 1/3 innings pitched. While Kimbrel's inabilities have not impacted the Red Sox ability to win, they are certainly hurting fantasy owners. Regardless, Kimbrel has been one of the most dominant closers in all of baseball since he has come into the league and he should be able to find his form in the near future.
