Ottawa Senators goaltender Craig Anderson made 23 saves in a 3-2 Senators overtime victory against the Dallas Stars on Friday night. The Senators have had a rough season, with Anderson looking more like torn tarp than a brick wall for the majority of it. The 36-year-old has now won four out of his last five starts, with the only defeat coming in overtime against the Buffalo Sabres. Anderson’s performance, along with the rest of the Senators, has been strong as of late, with Ottawa posting victories over top teams like the Vegas Golden Knights and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Ottawa will look to continue this resurgence when they play again on Saturday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Senators No. 2 goalie Mike Condon will likely get the start in net for the closing game of the back-to-back set for Ottawa.--Alex McKenzie
