Courtland Sutton Showing Flashes Of 2019 Campaign
1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton is transitioning and running well at training camp, according to head coach Sean Payton. He also noted that what he did in 2019 was impressive and they've seen some of that during camp this year. 2019 was Sutton's second year in the NFL and he caught 72 of his 124 targets for 1,112 yards and six touchdowns. His primary quarterbacks were Drew Lock and Joe Flacco. His 2019 season was a big reason he carried so much hype last year after Russell Wilson arrived, but the veteran wideout caught just 64 passes for 829 yards and four scores. If Wilson can turn things around in his age-34 campaign, Sutton could finally get back to fantasy football prominence.
