Corey Seager Drills 11th Home Run Against Marlins
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager was 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and three RBI during Wednesday's 9-1 thrashing of the Miami Marlins. He has now homered in back-to-back games. It has been a mediocre season for the 25-year-old, but it is hard to fault him after he endured Tommy John surgery last campaign. Seager is slashing .267/.342/.449 with 11 HRs, 52 RBI, and 60 runs scored this season. When healthy, Seager is a dynamic talent capable of producing at an elite rate. Expect him to finish the year strong, before breaking out in a big way during the 2020 season.
