Corey Lajoie a Great DFS Play at Talladega
1 year agoCorey Lajoie has emerged as one of the best superspeedway drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series over the last few years, and when he qualifies near the back of the field for a superspeedway race, that makes him one of the best DFS plays on the slate. That's exactly the case for this weekend's YellaWood 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. Lajoie qualified in 36th-place for this race, which means he has a ton of place differential upside. At superspeedway races specifically this season (Talladega, Daytona, and Atlanta), Lajoie has finishes of 16th, 4th, 25th, 31st, and 10th. The fantasy upside is definitely there for Lajoie this weekend even though his track record at Talladega recently isn't great (only one top-20 finish in his last six starts).
