6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers reliever Corey Knebel was demoted to Triple-A on Thursday. While it is certainly upsetting for Knebel owners, the move isn't surprising. Knebel has been having a terrible year with a 5.08 ERA and has continued to struggle in the bullpen since losing his job, meanwhile, Jeremy Jeffress and Josh Hader have been stellar in the role. Joakim Soria is expected to return from the disabled list on Friday and will take Knebel's spot on the roster. Knebel is very much droppable at this point.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
