Corey Kluber Won't Make His Next Scheduled Start
6 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Corey Kluber will not make his next start as scheduled. Even though the Cleveland ace only lasted 1 2/3 innings in his last outing, manager Terry Francona has decided to skip Kluber's next turn in the rotation so that he can be better lined up for a start in the postseason. Josh Tomlin will slide back into the rotation and will be followed by Mike Clevinger and Shane Bieber in a series against the Detroit Tigers. It's a bit frustrating for Kluber's fantasy owners to miss a start in the fantasy playoffs, but Tomlin certainly isn't the answer anyone's looking for.
