Corey Dickerson Hits His First Home Run Of The Season
4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Corey Dickerson hit his first home run of the season in Monday's 8-0 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. He went 3-for-5 with the home run, a double, and a single. He scored a run and drove in three. Dickerson has had almost no power this season, but he's still swinging the bat well and finding grass with a lot of his bloop hits. Dickerson has moved from the leadoff spot to the fifth spot in the batting order recently, and he's hitting .324 with an .826 OPS. He should continue to be a solid contributor in batting average and run production categories.
