2 days agoAt this point, it feels safe to regard Corey Conners as one of the premier ball strikers on the PGA Tour. He finished 2024 ranked third in strokes gained on approach (+0.776) and 10th in strokes gained tee to green (+1.130). He still has much to improve on in the short game and putting department though, as he ranked outside the top 120 in both strokes gained metrics, and those same issues have notoriously been the cause for his struggle at this event in four total starts with a T18 as the highest finish. Given how well he played to close out last year, he may likely garner some attention this week from DFS players which may not be the best of ventures. At $10,800 on FanDuel, looking elsewhere this week is the safest move. --Todd McGill - RotoBaller
