7 hours agoCorey Conners showed little rust last week at The Sentry. The Canadian golfer wound up in the Top 5 shooting all four rounds in the 60's at Kapalua. It does seem there is a slight correlation with golfers doing well in both Hawaiian events. Conners is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour (2019 and 2023 Valero Open). Last year, Conners was amazingly consistent. He did not miss a single cut in 23 events. Add in 13 Top 25 results and four Top 10's and the golfer may be poised for a Hawaiian breakthrough. Conners is second with most betting sites (around +1400 or +1500). At The Sentry, he gained 1.852 strokes from putting which topped all golfers. The putter is hot. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
