Cordarrelle Patterson Leads The Team In Rushing
2 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Cordarrelle Patterson led the team in rushing during the 19-16 Week 13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The veteran running back had 60 rushing yards on Sunday, his highest total since Week 3. However, he saw only 11 rushing attempts despite averaging 5.5 yards per attempt. Furthermore, the former first-round pick ended the game with only six half-point PPR fantasy points. Patterson has scored fewer than 8.7 fantasy points in three of the past four games. Meanwhile, the rookie Tyler Allgeier had 10 rushing attempts for 52 yards, while Caleb Huntley also had four attempts on Sunday. The Falcons have a bye in Week 14. They then face a strong New Orleans Saints run defense in Week 15.
