Corbin Burnes Allows Four Home Runs In Monday's Loss
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Corbin Burnes was off his game again in Monday's 12-2 loss to the Astros. Burnes pitched five innings, allowing five runs on seven hits (including four home runs) and two walks with five strikeouts. The 28-year-old was drafted as one of fantasy's top starters but has compiled a disappointing 4-4 record with a 3.97 ERA, 8.10 K/9 rate, and 1.43 HR/9 rate in his first 10 starts. Hopefully, he will be able to get things back to how they have been the past several seasons. He will have a decent chance to do that in his next start against the Giants.
