2 years agoThe Cowboys signed quarterback Cooper Rush to the active roster on Saturday. The 28-year-old will start on Sunday against Cincinnati, with the team also elevating Will Grier from the practice squad to serve as the backup. Rush has started just once throughout his career, completing 24 of his 40 attempts for 325 yards, two touchdowns, and a pick during Dallas' Halloween matchup versus Minnesota last season. Rush is a decent signal-caller and has been on the team's practice unit for years.
