Cooper Pratt Performing Well In First Stint At Single-A
4 months agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop prospect Cooper Pratt has looked quite comfortable through his first taste of Single-A ball and could be on his way to High-A in the coming weeks. Through 64 games, the former sixth-round selection has held a stellar .291/.388/.378 line with two home runs, 31 RBI, 20 stolen bases, and a 35:53 BB:K ratio. The 19-year-old was exceptional through June as he posted a dominant .376/.419/.459 line with six swiped bags. Last summer, in 12 games at the Rookie League, Pratt held a .356/.426/.444 line. Pratt remains several seasons away from his major league debut but could climb up the prospect ranks as he progresses through the minors, given how well he has looked at Single-A.
