2 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receivers Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Van Jefferson (knee) were both available at the first day of training camp practice on Wednesday. It's unclear exactly how much Kupp did at practice on Wednesday, but he was likely limited. The 30-year-old had tightrope surgery last November on his right high-ankle sprain, but he's expected to be ready to go by Week 1 of the 2023 regular season. Kupp's ankle injury limited him to just nine games in 2022 after he was by far and away the most valuable wideout in fantasy in 2021 with 145 receptions for 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns. He had 75 catches, 812 yards and six TDs in his nine games before his injury in 2022, so although he's a bit more risky coming off injury, Kupp should still be viewed as a top-five fantasy receiver as a target hog in the Rams offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
