Connor Hellebuyck Gets His First Shutout Of The Season
6 years agoWinnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck ended his search for his first shutout of the season on Wednesday, stopping all 29 shots against Anaheim in a 3-0 win. Mark Scheifele registered the game-winner on a power-play, Kyle Connor had his second consecutive game with a goal and an assist, and Nikolaj Ehlers scored as well. Jacob Trouba had two helpers in the game. Hellebuyck has now won three starts in a row, pushing his record for the season to 31-20-2. He carries a 2.92 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage.
