Connor Bedard Racks Up Five Points Against Ducks
10 months agoChicago Blackhawks center Connor Bedard put his talents on full display against the Ducks on Tuesday, becoming the fifth 18-year-old in NHL history with a five-point game. He finished a 7-2 victory with one goal and four assists. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Ilya Kovalchuk were previously the only 18-year-olds with at least four assists in a game. The Blackhawks offense has suddenly exploded for 20 goals across the last four games, and Bedard has had a hand in half of the markers. The 10-point scoring spurt has pushed him to 51 points (20 goals, 31 assists) for the season with 52 games played.
