Colts Sign Tion Green to Bolster RB Core
6 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts signed free-agent running back Tion Green on Tuesday. The move to sign Green is largely intended to bolster an ailing Colts running back group, as Marlon Mack and Branden Oliver are both currently hobbled by injuries. Green played in five games with the Detroit Lions as a rookie back in 2017 and finished the season with 42 carries for 165 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. He shouldn't see the field much so long as between the tackles bruisers like Christine Michael and Jordan Wilkins are still around, meaning he should remain undrafted in most fantasy formats.
