Colts Re-Sign Backup Center Jack Anderson
9 months agoThe Indianapolis Colts re-signed backup center Jack Anderson to a one-year deal ahead of 2024 free agency. Originally a 2021 seventh-round pick by the Buffalo Bills out of Texas Tech, Anderson has played in 15 games with three starts between his time with the Colts, Bills, New York Giants, and Philadelphia Eagles. He did not log a snap in 2023. Starting center Ryan Kelly is one of the best players at his position, so this is simply a depth-solidifying move for the organization that aims to protect second-year quarterback Anthony Richardson in 2024.
