Colt McCoy Could Be Out 2-3 Weeks
6 years agoWashington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said that quarterback Colt McCoy (leg) had surgery to fix a fractured right fibula on Tuesday, and two to three weeks would be "wishful thinking." A return in four weeks is more likely. McCoy was injured early in the Monday night loss to the Eagles. With only four weeks left in the season and the Redskins unlikely to make the playoffs, it's unlikely we'll see McCoy again this year. Mark Sanchez has taken over under center and really isn't even an option for fantasy owners in two-QB leagues the rest of the way.
