5 months agoChicago White Sox shortstop prospect Colson Montgomery hit his 11th home run of the season on Thursday for Triple-A Charlotte. The White Sox top overall prospect is hitting just .210 on the season after hitting .195 in June. However, he is still producing in the power categories with 11 homers and 33 RBI this season. The talented 22-year-old is one of the top shortstop prospects in the game. While he is not turning in a lights-out season at Triple-A, he could still be called upon for the struggling White Sox at some point this season.
