2 years agoUtah Jazz guard Collin Sexton (rest) has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 24-year-old returned to the rotation on Friday, so it's not shocking to see him sitting out the second leg of the back-to-back set. Veteran guard Mike Conley (rest) will return to the rotation and help fill the void with Sexton sidelined. Nickeil Alexander-Walker should see an expanded role with Sexton sidelined. He has been worth streaming when the Jazz are banged up, but might not see a huge role with Conley healthy. Fantasy managers in 12-team formats should be able to find a better option than Alexander-Walker for Saturday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
