Collin Sexton Scores 16 Points In Cavs Win
6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton was one of the standout guys in the team's second win of the season on Tuesday, scoring 16 points and finishing with a plus-24 rating in a 113-89 result against the Hornets. He had some struggles from the field, finishing 7-for-18, but he made both of his attempt from deep. Sexton is shooting a superb 70 percent from deep this month, averaging 12 points per game. He also had five rebounds, four assists and one steal in 33 minutes against the Hornets. His four turnovers look ugly on the stat sheet, but we can forgive him that after he only had one in the previous game. The Cavs now head to Washington where Sexton has a great matchup, with the Wizards allowing points guards to score 25.1 points per 48 minutes against them this season.
