Houston Astros pitcher Collin McHugh appears destined for the bullpen. The former 19-game winner is the odd man out in a numbers game with so many quality starting pitchers now on the roster. But manager A.J. Hinch expressed optimism about the move and shot down the notion that McHugh will simply be a setup man. Hinch told reporters, "I don't consider him simply a long guy. I think he's a guy who can come in and get specific outs when called upon." This all sounds well and good, but McHugh has never been a reliever before and is only one year removed from an elbow injury. Maybe the lighter workload will work wonders for his game. Either way, this puts McHugh out of the fantasy conversation for now.--Joey C - RotoBaller
