4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Cole Tucker is leading off for the third time this year on Wednesday as the team takes on the Chicago White Sox. Tucker has primarily hit in the lower-third of the lineup this year, with his two previous lead-off opportunities coming in the first week of August. Tucker has played 75 games in the majors since making his MLB debut last year. Over that stretch, he's struggled at the plate, slashing .215/.263/.354. He showed elite stolen base potential in the minor leagues. He stole 47 bags in 2017, followed by 35 in 2018. However, he's going to need to do more at the plate in the big leagues to warrant any consideration for fantasy rosters.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
