1 year agoNew York Giants wide receiver Cole Beasley caught all four of his targets for 33 yards in the team's 21-16 preseason loss to the Detroit Lions. The Giants sat most of their veterans and starters, including quarterback Daniel Jones, but elected to play Beasley through the first quarter. The 34-year-old was only signed three weeks ago, but is familiar with Brian Daboll's offense from their days together in Buffalo. Beasley has 556 catches for 5,744 yards and 34 TDs in his career, but is living in a crowded wide receiver room with fellow slot receivers Parris Campbell, Sterling Shepard, Jamison Crowder, and the recovering Wan'Dale Robinson (knee).--Andrew Ball - RotoBaller
