5 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Cody Latimer (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 3 against the Buccaneers, while wideout Bennie Fowler (hamstring) is listed as questionable. New York's receiving corps continues to limp to action, but the good news is that Sterling Shepard (concussion) returned to a full practice Thursday and is on track to return for rookie quarterback Daniel Jones' NFL debut. Fowler was injured in practice this week and won't be a recommended fantasy option even if he plays. Shepard will be a risky volume-based WR4/flex in his return.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
