6 years agoCleveland Indians relief pitcher Cody Allen earned the save on Monday, pitching the ninth inning and allowing a run on two hits and a walk. Brad Hand and Adam Cimber combined to work the eighth inning, but Allen was the one that got the save chance in this one. It looks like Cleveland will be playing matchups in the ninth inning, with Hand and Allen switching off as setup man and closer.
