6 years agoCleveland Indians closer Cody Allen collected his 13th save of the season on Thursday, recording three strikeouts in a scoreless inning. He did allow a single, but the runner was unable to come around to score. Allen hasn't been perfect this season as shown by his 4.03 ERA, but he's 13-for-14 in save chances and has 35 strikeouts in 29 innings.
