Coby White Notches Career-High 36 Points
4 years agoChicago Bulls point guard Coby White dropped bombs from all over the place in Wednesday's loss to Sacramento, shooting 15-for-23 from the field en route to a career-high 36 points. His backcourt partner Zach LaVine also had a big game with 32 points on 13-for-24 shooting. White had four treys and he handed out seven dimes without a single turnover in 40 minutes. The young point guard started 2021 with a disappointing 12-point outing against Milwaukee, but he has since then scored 20-plus points in all three games. He'll be in a good spot to continue the run on Friday against the Lakers, who are a tough matchup for everyone but they have struggled against point guards this season, allowing 24.7 points per 48 minutes.
