Clippers Remain Committed To Kawhi Leonard, Paul George
2 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forwards Kawhi Leonard (knee) and Paul George (shoulder) both missed a majority of the recent playoff series against the Phoenix Suns. George missed the entire series, while Leonard only played in the first two games of the series. Since joining the team in 2019, Leonard has only played in 161 games, while George has played in 189 games for Los Angeles. This team is built to win a championship, but the two best players on the roster cannot stay healthy. Despite that, the organization remains committed to Leonard and George going forward. It was recently announced that Leonard has torn meniscus in his right knee. It remains to be seen what kind of shape he'll be in heading into training camp.
