Clint Frazier Suffers Concussion
7 years agoAlthough not noticed when it initially happened, New York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier suffered a concussion on Saturday afternoon, banging his head against a wall in the outfield. The 23-year-old stated he was suffering from just a “slight headache” Monday and is expected to get back on the stationary bike and swing off a tee Tuesday. Manager Aaron Boone said he expected Frazier to return to the field within the week. The former Indians prospect is facing an uphill battle to make the Opening Day roster with the Yankees outfield being loaded. At this point, he’s widely expected to begin the year in the minor leagues once again.
