Clayton Kershaw Will Start A Potential Game 4
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw would start a potential Game 4 of the NLDS against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Manager Dave Roberts told reporters on Sunday that the veteran southpaw would get the ball in Game 4 if the series makes it that far. "For me, that's the best option, and I see it as the only option," Roberts reiterated to reporters. Kershaw, despite his Hall of Fame career, has had an up-and-down postseason history. His start on Saturday night was one of the worst outings of his entire career, when he surrendered six earned runs over just one-third of an inning. The Dodgers would go on to lose 11-2 to the Diamondbacks. Los Angeles will look to even the series at one game apiece on Monday when Bobby Miller squares off against Zac Gallen.
