2 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) is set to make his 2024 season debut on Thursday as the Dodgers face their division rival San Francisco Giants, according to Noah Camras of Dodgers Nation. The three-time Cy Young winner underwent shoulder surgery in the offseason and has faced a few setbacks, which delayed his return. The Dodgers may opt to exercise caution with the 36-year-old and may have him on a pitch count in his first few starts. Last summer, the southpaw posted an excellent 2.46 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and a 40:137 BB:K ratio across 131 innings.
