Clayton Kershaw Surrenders Four Runs In No-Decision
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw gave up four runs (three earned) on four hits in five innings of work during Wednesday's 6-4 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. He struck out three batters while walking two. It was just the second time all year that Kershaw surrendered more than a single run in a start. He owns a 5-1 record to go along with a 1.98 ERA, 0.78 WHIP, and 44/8 K/BB rate across 41 innings. He remains one of the best pitchers in baseball, heading into his next projected appearance against the San Diego Padres.
