1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) was placed on the 15-day injured list on Monday with soreness in his shoulder, backdated to June 30. Kershaw and the team had initially been hoping to avoid a stay on the IL but the shoulder wasn't showing enough improvement. Kershaw will now get just over two weeks off to get his shoulder back close to 100%. The Dodgers recalled right-hander Michael Grove to take Kershaw's spot in the rotation.--Matt T - RotoBaller
