CJ McCollum Shooting Slump Continues
7 years agoPortland Trailblazers shooting guard CJ McCollum could not find his stroke in game one in his squads 97-95 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. McCollum carried over his regular season shooting slump into the post-season by shooting just 7-of-18 from the floor and finishing off the night with 19 points. McCollum did score in the first half and is shooting just 36.0% from the floor this month. Rajon Rondo was matched up much of the night on McCollum and the Blazers will have to make some changes to get the guard some better looks. McCollum's price tag is still quite low in DFS because of these slumps and he is due to breakout, so this makes him a possible play in game 2 of what looks to be a back-and-fourth series.
