Chuba Hubbard Looks To Remain Consistent Against Denver
4 weeks agoCarolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard aims to remain the team's lone offensive constant as they head to Denver in Week 8. While not a high bar, Hubbard has undoubtedly been the Panthers' MVP through seven games, accounting for 33% of their total touchdowns. Last week, he posted his lowest yardage total since Week 1—52 rushing yards with no receptions—but salvaged his outing with a garbage-time touchdown. Managers should note that Bryce Young is expected to start against Denver; in his previous two starts, Hubbard recorded his lowest fantasy outputs of the year and accounted for zero touchdowns. However, Hubbard has seen a marked increase in snap percentage over the last month. Expect him to continue out-carrying Miles Sanders with Jonathon Brooks (knee) still sidelined. RotoBaller currently ranks him as RB13 for this week's matchups.
