3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich is getting a rest day for the team's season finale against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. Tyrone Taylor is getting the start in left field and batting seventh in the game. Yelich's disappointing 2021 season has officially come to an end. The 29-year-old dealt with injuries throughout the year and only managed to play in 117 games. He slashed .248/.362/.373 with nine home runs, nine stolen bases, 51 RBI and 70 runs. His .736 OPS was a career-low mark. This was the first year he failed to reach double-digits in home runs since 2015.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
