Christian Wood Ends Double-Double Drought
4 years agoHouston Rockets center Christian Wood ended a brief two-game double-double drought on Wednesday, collecting 11 points and 10 rebounds in a big 122-97 loss to Charlotte. Wood had his worst shooting night of the season with a 4-for-14 record from the field, which included a 0-for-5 mark from three-point range. The 25-year-old big man didn't manage to add anything else to his line. Wood has been a bit off his game in his past two outings, but he gets a dream matchup against Minnesota next in a back-to-back set. The T-Wolves own the second-worst defensive record in the league against opposing centers.
