2 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (thigh) was held out of practice for the second straight day on Thursday after he popped up on the injury report this week with a thigh injury. McCaffrey has missed 23 of his past 36 games going back to the 2020 season, so fantasy managers should likely prepare for the worst this week. His participation in Friday's practice will be a better indication of his status for Sunday, so check back in to see if he gets in at least a limited session. If he isn't able to suit up against the Cardinals, Chuba Hubbard and D'Onta Foreman would likely split backfield touches.
