Christian Kirk Puts Up 54 Yards And A Score In Week 3
1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk caught four of six targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in the loss to Houston on Sunday. It was the second straight week that Kirk led the Jacksonville pass-catchers in fantasy output, after being a complete non-factor in Week 1. With Zay Jones ruled out (Knee), Kirk played 86% of the WR snaps for the Jags, which was the highest on the week. Calvin Ridley was second with 82%. It's another start-worthy performance for the former Cardinal, who now has two consecutive top-25 PPR weekly finishes. Kirk is still going to be a risky play each week, especially if Jones is active, but he's proven that he still belongs in the WR3/flex category. Up next is a matchup with an Atlanta secondary that slot receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown just shredded for over 100 yards.
