Christian Kirk A Viable WR2 In Week 16
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk is a viable WR2 option entering a Week 16 matchup against the New York Jets on Thursday night. The former second-round pick caught six of his 10 targets for 92 yards in Week 15 versus the Dallas Cowboys, giving him seven-plus targets in eight straight games. Even though Zay Jones has been putting up impressive numbers recently, the 26-year-old wideout has the better matchup this week as the Jets give up more fantasy points to slot WRs with Sauce Gardner performing well on the outside. While the Jets allow the second-fewest fantasy points per game to WRs, the Jaguars have been throwing it well against good pass defenses recently.
