Christiaan Bezuidenhout decided to withdraw from the Genesis Scottish Open. He had a tough start, being five-over after completing two holes and posting a 69 in the first round. The withdrawal was prompted by an undisclosed injury, which is unfortunate considering that The Open Championship is scheduled for next week. Bezuidenhout had been showing strong form, with three top-25 finishes in his last four tournaments.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller
