Christiaan Bezuidenhout Needs His Putter At The Valspar
35 mins agoChristiaan Bezuidenhout putts extremely well, but will that be enough? The South African golfer with the course setup is way down in the sportsbooks (+9000 via DraftKings). While birdies are not the biggest priority, Bezuidenhout ranks 147th with 3.66 birdies per round. Worse, he ranks 9th in strokes gained to putting (0.656). That illustrates the golfer's inability to set up more birdies chances for himself. The course is pretty long at 7,340 yards (Par 71) which does not help Bezuidenhout. He is among the Top 15 in Par 4's when it comes to scoring average. Then again, the Copperhead course at Innisbrook has seen a couple South Africans win there (Charl Schwartzel and Retief Goosen twice). Bezuidenhout expects to not be a betting or DFS option this week.
