Christiaan Bezuidenhout Looks To Build On Strokes Gained In England
1 year agoChristiaan Bezuidenhout gained strokes for the first time since June 4th this past weekend, logging 2.7 strokes gained total during The Open at Royal Liverpool. The 29-year-old managed to make the cut and finish T49, while gaining strokes everywhere but off-the-tee in his four rounds. The improvement has been long-awaited for the South African, as he'd missed three of four cuts since the end of June. Bezuidenhout will look to get back to his April and May form, in which he was consistently gaining over four strokes per tournament on approach and consistently placing in the top-30. Even though the FedEx Cup Playoffs may be out of reach this year, it would be good to see young C-Bez finish on a strong note.
