2 years agoNew York Jets head coach Robert Saleh said he's unsure if quarterback Chris Streveler will be called up to the active game-day roster in Week 17 against the Seattle Seahawks, but The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt would guess that Streveler won't be active. Streveler was called into action last Thursday night when Zach Wilson was benched for the second time this year, and although he didn't lead the Jets to any touchdowns, he looked better than Wilson and provided the offense with a much-needed spark. Mike White (ribs) is returning as the starter this weekend and veteran Joe Flacco will back him up, so Streveler would be the No. 3 QB on the active roster if he's called back up from the practice squad. The Jets continue to say that Wilson remains part of the future, but most folks believe his time in New York is coming to an end.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
